The FOURCE began working with HSHS Southern Illinois Division in the fall of 2016 to market the launch of the new St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon. Since then, we have become engaged to develop marketing campaigns for all five hospitals individually and as a system. We have developed over 123 advertising initiatives in the past three years with a primary emphasis on digital marketing. When we first started working with SID, there were no tangible metrics to track the success of digital campaigns because of the limitations of their website capabilities. We quickly worked to rectify this by creating individual landing pages for every digital campaign that had easy-to-use forms, allowed for scheduling and then tracked the leads through the system to measure the success of the marketing dollars. Not only were they functional, but the new creative helped to lift the brand imagery as a trusted, high-quality health care system.
