The FOURCE has worked with Midwest Beltone since the 2017. Midwest Beltone has 162 locations in seven states. They engaged The FOURCE to review their entire marketing strategy as their business had been declining through the use of traditional direct mail marketing. Within 7 weeks of execution, our team conducted research both internally and externally and developed a new strategy that included CRM integration within 5 different digital platforms. The result included rebuilding their website as the hub of this information with the goal to increase online scheduling. The challenge was defining how to make it easy to use for the target audience, which has an average age of 69 years-old. With a new website in place, the strategy now afforded Beltone the ability to stake its claim as a leading authority for hearing loss in its designated markets – not to mention that they increased their bottom line by 21% in 2018. 2019 is on track to perform even better.
